The H-4 visa petition allows the Dependents of an H-1B holder to accompany/remain in the United States with the H-1B holder. The H-4 visa holders are not allowed to be employed within the United States. It is the H-4 visa holder's responsibility to extend the H-4 visa before the expiration date listed on the most recently issued I-94 card. Our office will NOT track the expiration of the H-4 visa on your behalf.
